For the flagship-store opening, qualifying shoppers received personalised keychains, while an Ahmad Tea promotion added engraved tumblers — making the reward part of the in-store experience.

Guests could personalise shirts and shoulder bags with selected designs and lettering, turning practical event merchandise into a more individual keepsake.

Atlantic Hitz developed a merchandise range including shirts, tote bags, tumblers and keychains, with personalised shirts prepared for media partners.
Personalised tumblers were prepared as premium door gifts, with name engraving creating an interactive moment and a more meaningful staff keepsake.

During the five-day opening campaign, qualifying shoppers received tote bags that could be personalised on the spot using selected designs — adding participation to the reward mechanic.
